🔑 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: until 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. 👥

Number of Guests The apartment is only for the number of guests stated in the booking. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area – please use the ashtray provided. 🐾 Pets Pets are allowed only upon request. Please inform us before booking.

🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors in the historic old town.

🧼 Cleanliness Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Report major spills or damages immediately. Please leave the apartment broom-clean upon departure.

🗑️ Waste Disposal Please dispose of waste in the designated bins. Glass, paper, and general waste must be separated (instructions are posted in the apartment). 🔥

Safety Open flames are not allowed. When leaving the apartment, please close all windows and lock the doors. 💧

Water & Heating Please use water and energy responsibly. Turn down the heating when airing the rooms. 📺

Internet & TV Free Wi-Fi and TV are available. Using illegal streaming or download sites is not permitted.

🔧 Damages If something breaks, please inform us right away – no worries! This helps us keep everything ready for future guests.
