2. Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of the holiday apartment, whether made via our website, by phone, or through external booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, FeWo-Direkt, Airbnb).

3. Booking & Payment A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the provider. For bookings made through our website, a 50% deposit is due immediately. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in or in cash upon arrival. 4. Prices All prices are final prices and include: Final cleaning Bed linen & towels WiFi No visitor’s tax The rental is VAT-exempt (§19 UStG).

5. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. For cancellations within 14 days before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount is due.

6. Use of the Holiday Apartment Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Minimum booking age: 18 years. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Pets are allowed free of charge (please notify us in advance). Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) must be respected. Music only at room volume.

7. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: until 11:00 AM Key handover via key safe at the entrance door.

8. Liability & Damages Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay by themselves or their companions. Normal wear and tear is excluded. The provider is only liable within the legally required limits (standard liability limitation).

9. Facilities & Additional Information Free WiFi is available. No private parking on the property. Public parking is available within walking distance.

10. Force Majeure In cases of force majeure (e.g., power outages, natural events), no compensation claims may be made. 11. Final Provisions German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible: Bad Kreuznach.
